Sr Product Marketing Manager, AI & Core Experiences

Quickbase is transforming how companies see, connect, and control the complex projects that are reshaping our world. We're looking for a **Senior Product Marketing Manager of AI and Core Experiences** to focus on strategic initiatives involving our UI, UX, and AI capabilities and take them to market. In this role, you will build relationships across the business, develop joint go-to-market strategies, enable the field, launch new features, and help shape the product roadmap and vision to support our Core Experiences and the rapid growth of our new AI capabilities. **How you will make an impact: **- Lead the development and execution of end-to-end product launches, including effective go-to-market plans, development of sales enablement materials and training and integrated campaigns that drive pipeline and ARR growth - - Create strong product positioning, messaging, and content targeting specific market segments and personas - - Monitor and report on key metrics, including launch effectiveness, customer engagement, and revenue impact - - Understand how the market, our customers, and competitors are leveraging AI/ML, assess competing alternatives, research customer needs, and translate those insights into actionable recommendations to inform product marketing strategy and execution. - - Deeply understand our target audience, define the top use cases, build differentiated messaging and positioning that clearly articulates the value of our platform, and its capabilities. - - Develop content and educate and inspire internal and external teams on value of our AI and core experiences capabilities. **About you: **- You have at least 5+ years of prior experience in a product marketing role focused on UI and UX feature sets - - You have experience driving go-to-market strategy and activities for products with AI/ML capabilities, a strong plus - - You have experience with B2B Enterprise SaaS software (familiarity with no-code/low-code or Project management software is a plus) - - You put the customers at the center of everything you do - - You are a storyteller with a deep love of the written word - - You are curious and have a growth mindset - - Take ownership, are accountable, and have excellent project management skills - - Flourish in ambiguity and can make quick, thoughtful decisions - - Push for high standards and celebrate the wins
