In this pivotal role, you’ll use your expertise in sales operations, training and education, and sales funnel design to support a high-performing sales function. If you have a proven track record of successful sales launches and the determination to scale organizations or startups, we want you on our team. Join us and play a crucial role in transforming the future of medical imaging. **Key Responsibilities:** - **_Sales Funnel Stage Design and Process_**: Develop, implement, and optimize the stages of the sales funnel and sales processes to ensure effective lead management and conversion. - **_Sales Operations_**: Build and conduct sales performance analyses as we launch commercially, design and administer sales compensation plans in partnership with People Operations, develop pricing strategies and the contracting process, own and manage our use of Salesforce. - **_Sales Training_**: Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for new hires to the sales team to onboard and provide continuous professional development and education. - **_Engagement and Collaboration with Marketing_**: Identify and engage with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and thought leaders to drive business growth and market presence, collaborate on creating marketing strategies that support sales initiatives and business generation. Collaborate with Marketing in the creation of customer-facing training materials that help drive sales success. **Education, Skills and Qualifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent. - 7+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or a related field, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Preference for experience in the Medtech or Software as a Medical Device (SaMD) field, particularly with cardiology products. - Proven track record of designing and implementing successful early sales enablement programs that have driven measurable improvements in sales performance. - Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve ambitious goals. - Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, capable of articulating Elucid’s value proposition to stakeholders at different levels. - Analytical and strategic mindset, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations. - Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, cross-functional environment and manage multiple priorities effectively. - Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales enablement tools. **Travel Requirements:** - Regular travel to Elucid’s Boston office, conferences and sites required. - At Elucid, we believe the optimal balance is found in a hybrid work setting. Boston-area employees are strongly encouraged to be in-person on Mondays and Wednesdays, with the option to come in as many days as they’d like.
