Your mission will be to help build EliseAI’s healthcare unit across sales, product, and operations in order to bring our technology to as many people as possible.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Identify market opportunities &amp; strategic direction</li><li>Meet with customers and validate product/feature ideas</li><li>Participate in sales alongside our sales team</li><li>Build products with our engineering team</li><li>Support current customers alongside operations team</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Experience with early-stage startups, ideally as a founder or founding employee</li><li>Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is a plus</li><li>Familiarity with the healthcare industry is a plus</li><li>Strong practical, problem-solver with the ability to execute</li><li>Relentlessness</li><li>Hands-on, get-it-done approach</li></ul><p>You will work in person at NYC headquarters 5 days a week (we’ll happily relocate you).</p><h2>Why Join</h2><p>Impact and the unique opportunity to be on the ground floor of a funded startup and build a startup within a startup.</p><h3>Benefits</h3><ul><li>Equity in the company in the form of stock options</li><li>Medical, Dental and Vision premiums covered at 100%</li><li>Fully paid parental leave</li><li>401k benefits</li></ul><h3>Job Compensation Range</h3><p>The salary range for this role is $200,000-$300,000. EliseAI offers a competitive total rewards package which includes base salary, equity, and a comprehensive benefits &amp; perks package. Exact compensation is determined based on a number of factors including experience, skill level, location and qualifications which are assessed during the interview process.
