As the Head of Product, your primary responsibility will be to lead the development of tools that maximize the long-term success of our advertising efforts through our flagship product, Predict. With a significant investment in advertising platforms globally, this technology is pivotal to our success. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including designers, engineers, and business leaders, to deliver exceptional solutions. Frequently Asked Questions What is a day in the life of a Head of Product?\* Lead and inspire cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and customer pain points, prioritizing product initiatives based on anticipated business impact. - Collaborate with engineering leads to assess resource tradeoffs and the technical feasibility of various product implementations. - Oversee the creation, monitoring, and grooming of product tickets to ensure clear direction and forward momentum for engineering teams. - Present and demo product solutions internally and externally to validate efficacy and feature completeness, while generating excitement for Predict’s technical capabilities. - Guide product managers and designers in user research and customer discovery, translating feedback into seamless and delightful user journeys. - Benchmark Predict’s product solutions against competitors, identifying key gaps in functionality and opportunities for first-to-market innovations. What will I need to thrive in this role?\* Bachelor’s degree or higher. - Domain expertise in advertising and e-commerce. - Proven product management experience in a senior leadership role. - Experience in owning and driving roadmap strategy and definition. - Demonstrated ability to collaborate with designers and engineering teams to translate ideas into product output. - Data-driven focus on KPIs to make critical operational decisions with high-growth products. - Exceptional written communication skills, particularly in documenting product needs within a clear set of requirements. - Experience presenting technical solutions to C-level executives and/or brand marketing leaders. - Strong understanding of user research methodologies and enterprise client expectations. - Ability to work flexibly across a global product and engineering organization.
