Apollo Intelligence is poised to be the leader in market research, insights, and analytics for pharma and life sciences, and the Global Head of Product will play a key role devising Apollo’s product vision and strategy and increasing our success through product innovations as well as optimizing the efficiency of existing products to achieve our full potential in Accelerating Health Innovation. **Role Summary** Reporting directly to the Chief Strategy & Technology Officer, the Global Head of Product will be critical in leading all aspects of Apollo’s product strategy and operations. This is a hands-on senior-level role empowered to drive product innovation and excellence within our leading MR Insights & Analytics company. Operating at the forefront of product strategy and execution, the incumbent will lead and mentor product teams to deliver impactful solutions that drive new use cases, business growth, and customer satisfaction and retention. The Global Head of Product role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of our product portfolio and contribute to Apollo becoming the Insights and Market Intelligence Platform and Gateway for Life Sciences.**Key Responsibilities**\* Building a world class, data-driven product organization - Partnering with the CSTO to set the strategic direction and vision for Apollo’s product organization, aligning product strategies with business objectives and market needs. - Leading and mentoring a team of product managers, designers, and other professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to drive performance and professional growth. - Collaborating with the executive team, private equity stakeholders, and operational leaders to define company-wide product goals, priorities, and roadmaps. - Driving cross-functional collaboration across product management, engineering, design, marketing, sales, and other teams to deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs and new use cases. - Conducting market research, competitive analysis, and user research to identify market opportunities, customer pain points, and emerging trends. - Defining product requirements, features, and priorities, and effectively communicating them to development teams - Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure product performance, identify areas for improvement, and inform decision-making. - Leading product roadmap planning and prioritization, balancing short-term and long-term goals, and managing trade-offs effectively. - Serving as a product evangelist, both internally and externally, to drive awareness, adoption, and success of our products in the market. **Candidate Qualifications** - 10+ years of product experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role in a global environment. - Experience in healthcare technology, healthcare data & services, AI / ML, market research & insights, and SaaS Platform development are all highly desirable and some combination of several of these components will be a prerequisite - Degree in a relevant field, including advanced degrees, or product management certifications and credentialing would be considered as equal. Significant on-the-job training is also critical. - Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and a customer-centric mindset. Proven ability to lead and scale product teams in a high-growth environment. - Proven experience with recruiting, building, developing, training and mentoring world-class product teams. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Proven track record of successes in ideating, developing, launching, and growing new product offerings in the market - Demonstrated Ability to inspire and lead teams, drive change, and deliver results in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
