For more information, visit <a href='https://pagaya.com'>pagaya.com</a>.</p><h2>Let's create better outcomes together!</h2><h3>About The Role</h3><p>As the Director of Strategic Projects, you will collaborate with our Office of the President to advance Pagaya’s strategic planning, daily operations, program management and lead the execution of the Project Management / PMO practice. Your contributions will extend to various internal and external projects. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong emotional intelligence, relies on data, and is a dynamic, optimistic individual adept at multitasking and cross-functional collaboration. Success in this role requires excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills, a collaborative mindset, a proactive approach, adaptability, and meticulous attention to detail.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Facilitate the execution of the Business strategy and roadmap, translating it into operational goals and objectives integrated into daily operations.</li><li>Provide executives with regular updates on projects, personnel, and operational recommendations to support the growth of the business.</li><li>Serve as the project manager for strategic initiatives, working in a collaborative and cross-functional environment across teams and levels to drive business results.</li><li>Act as a product and technology steward and manage the product lifecycle by promoting and driving adoption, both internally and externally.</li><li>Develop a key performance indicators (KPI) dashboard and insights for use by the President’s team and his direct reports to measure and communicate progress against the business and Product Strategy.</li><li>Manage standing team, all-hands, and other committee meetings for OOP team.</li><li>Assist the team with the preparation of board meeting materials and topics related to mission-critical projects/company goals.</li><li>Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders; be a key representative of Pagaya to the team and market.</li><li>Make a strong contribution to the company culture, identifying initiatives, implementing programs, and acting as a go-to resource for the Product team.</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>8+ years of experience supporting executives or cross-functional teams in a similar professional setting (Consulting/Fintech/Consumer Lending is a bonus).</li><li>Previous knowledge or experience in financial services or fintech is advantageous.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, seek necessary information for informed decision-making, and efficiently allocate time.</li><li>Passionate about contributing to Pagaya's mission of creating a more efficient and equitable financial landscape.</li><li>Collaborative team player comfortable supporting colleagues and effectively working with a globally distributed team.</li><li>Proficient in cross-functional collaboration, capable of leading and executing projects across various levels and teams.</li><li>Maintains a constructive and proactive attitude, showcasing creativity in problem-solving.</li><li>Recognizes and responds effectively to moments of urgency, taking necessary actions to accomplish tasks.</li><li>Skilled in visual communication, adept at presenting information clearly for decision-making purposes.
