What You'll Do

Here's what you can expect on a typical day:

• Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for Core HR solutions.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Define and prioritize product features and roadmap in alignment with product strategy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to deliver high-quality products.
• Ensure the Core HR system configurations are flexible and scalable to meet diverse customer needs.
• Engage with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to gather feedback and requirements.
• Communicate product updates, roadmap, and vision to stakeholders.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and address any product-related issues or concerns.
• Guide the team and broader product group with decisions that are informed by qualitative and quantitative data.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success.
• Analyze product performance data and user feedback to make informed decisions.
• Lead a team of first line managers and individual contributors to collectively drive the product vision and execution.
To Succeed In This Role

• You'll have a Bachelor's degree OR equivalent.
• 10+ years of product management experience in the HR technology domain.
• Strong understanding and experience with Core HR features and configurations.
• Proven track record of successfully managing end-to-end product lifecycles, from ideation to launch.
• Ability to think strategically and translate insights into actionable product strategies that drive business growth.
• Deep empathy for users and a passion for creating products that genuinely improve their lives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence without authority.
