**ABOUT THE ROLE**
The Chief of Staff (CoS) will act as a pivotal advisor to the CEO of the AI Infrastructure Division, leading initiatives that position Hut 8 as a leader in AI infrastructure services. The CoS will play a key role in tracking AI industry trends, fostering internal communication, and enhancing cross-functional collaboration within Hut 8. The AI initiative is based in the Bay Area.
Key responsibilities include:
- Serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO, assisting in the development and execution of key strategic initiatives.
- Help drive compute demand by identifying and building new business models and partnerships.
- Manage critical projects, ensuring alignment with Hut 8's AI infrastructure objectives.
- Monitor AI industry trends to inform strategic planning and decision-making.
- Facilitate internal communication and cross-functional collaboration within Hut 8.
- Assist in meeting preparation and note-taking, ensuring actionable follow-ups are identified and implemented.
- Other duties as assigned.
**ABOUT YOU**
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or related fields.
- Over 4 years of experience in strategic roles within technology and AI-focused environments.
- Demonstrated project management and analytical skills.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to liaise across various levels of the organization.
- Strong business development and partnership skills, familiar with the AI ecosystem.
